My dad told me this 'ghost story' today while washing the dishes after dinner :D It's uber funny lah! HAHAHAHAHA. He heard it from a colleague who heard it from a friend who heard it from another colleague and so on.
There was once this young surgeon working in a hospital. He was assigned under a senior woman surgeon in her fifties who was unmarried. This woman was famous for her super long black hair hanging like curtains around her face, and thickly powdered and made-up face, with lots of foundation, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, lipstick and blusher.
One late night, the young surgeon was called to the hospital. He stepped out of the house in a tired state and travelled to the hospital. Upon reaching the hospital, he walked to the lift sleepily, pressed the button and waited for the lift door to open.
Around 30 seconds later, the lift door opened. The young surgeon who happened to fall asleep while waiting for the lift, woke up and started to make his way into the lift, when he saw something shocking inside. It was a ghost! She had long black hair and was plain ugly with pale white skin. His eyes went big , face turned ghastly pale white, he screamed, then fainted.
The thing is that this young surgeon didn't see any ghost. Or rather, it wasn't a ghost he saw.
It was the old female surgeon without any make-up on.
